A welcoming cafe that serves outstanding food. Family run who are the nicest welcoming people you could wish to meet. Highly recommend. Donna
I had a great breakfast on Monday morning here. Plenty of available tables around 10am, even ones to sit outside if you're brave enough to face the Welsh weather. The young staff were super friendly, I ordered the largest breakfast and it was no trouble to substitute one item that I don't like for an extra hash brown. The portions were large (just what I wanted!) it was everything a full English breakfast is expected to be from a traditional cafe. The complimentary cuppa goes a long way too, as many places charge extra for this lately. My only suggestion, I didn't see fried bread on the menu which isn't something I go for, but my friend who usually goes for breakfast with me will always ask for it (the staff were so obliging, I'm sure they'd fry some bread if requested) thanks for a great start to my week, guys
We had our lunch shortly after arriving into Swansea. A very friendly host and proprietor welcomed us, we felt very much at home. Friendly service and good food. Don’t miss it.
Superb. With three fussy kids and a tired mum and dad the menu catered for all of us and was excellent value for money. Busy place with a range of traditional English and meals and the lasagne was excellent. Recommended.
Lovely family run Italian cafe in the city centre. I've been here a few times and have always enjoyed. Tasty home cooked meals and excellent welcoming service. The meatballs were massive in the meatballs and spaghetti and the steak in the steak and mushroom pie was very tender.
I went to Franco’s with my boyfriend, the atmosphere was amazing and we both loved it there. Franco and his sons were very nice to us and the food was definitely worth the price. I have been visiting the restaurant for 4 years now and I’m not going anywhere else for food. Love Franco’s
We are delighted to have been able to grab a table for 2 last night at the opening of 'Franco's italiano by night"The food was sublime! The trio of bruschetta was absolutely phenomenal with a beautiful generous portion given. The pesto pasta was extremely tasty and when I asked for chicken to be added, they didn't batter an eyelid. The deliza di limone was out of this world, light, fluffy and sweet with a generous squirt of lemon glaze. Most importantly the atmosphere was electric with many parties of people from different nationalities enjoying each other's company and enjoying the beautiful food from Angelina and her team in the kitchen. The price was extremely reasonable and the staff were attentive and friendly.Congratulations all on an amazing first night!A spectacular place if your looking for that authentic Italian cafe/restaurant feel and buzz of Napoli.A stones thrown away from the Grand Theatre if you're looking for something to eat before a show. After last night's success I'd recommend you book in advance as I suspect this beautiful little place will become extremely busy indeed!
First time trying the cooked breakfast and chai latte. Chai latte was so nice, I ended up having two. Lovely staff, beautiful food and clean. Great work guys!!
